We offer short and long term storage for all types of motor cars. Our storage facility is nestled in the heart of the Cotswold, just outside the beautiful Spa town of Cheltenham.
Our purpose built facility is dry and damp free, safe, secure and most of all very discreet with 24-hour monitored CCTV system both external and internal, intruder alarm and within a securely gated estate.
All we ask for is 48 hours’ notice to enable us to have your car ready at a specified time for you to pick up. Whilst in our care your vehicle will be fully insured, including when in transit, using our transport services.
We can also assist with collection and delivery of your vehicle to local airports, such as Birmingham, Bristol and Heathrow, as well as offering complimentary pick-up/drop-off from Cheltenham train station.
Our premises are located within easy reach of Cheltenham, Oxford, Birmingham and Bristol with excellent access to both local train stations and airports.

Cotswold Bespoke Tailored Car Preparations, is our in-house multi-award winning car preparation business. With success achieved at such world class concurs events such as Villa d’Este, Salon Privé and the London Concours, they offer a comprehensive range of services that are “bespoke” to your requirements.
All prices are in pounds (sterling) and are subject to VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to amend our tariff prices & services without notice. Existing clients will be given 30 days notice.
Minimum Storage Period
3 calendar months, unless agreed otherwise.
Storage Payment Method
First quarter in advance on invoice.
Thereafter monthly standing order /direct debit or invoiced quarterly in advance.
Before any vehicle(s), goods / belongings are released from storage, all accounts must be paid in full (cheques must be cleared).
Our preferred payment method is via BACS transfer or via online banking.
Visitors
All visitors strictly by appointment only.
Transportation
No transport booking will be processed until the appropriate payment has been made.
Insurance
We hold a fully comprehensive motor trade insurance policy to cover all of our responsibilities in respect of customers’ vehicles whilst in our storage care which also includes road risks (customers vehicles driven by us).
This covers vehicles up to £100k in value. Should any vehicle have a value in addition to this limit, separate arrangements to cover the additional risk can be discussed and agreed.

We must be made aware of vehicles that have a unique value.
We must be made aware of vehicles that have or require any special conditions of insurance cover.
Owners should notify their insurance company of their intentions to store / place their vehicle(s) & or belongings / goods in our care. Owners must ensure that their vehicle(s) & or belongings / goods are insured & remain so for fire, theft and accidental damage whilst in our care, where applicable.
WARNING. Do not expect your conventional comprehensive insurance, private or business (including motor trade policies) to include cover outside of your normal day to day private or business use and activities. You should notify your insurance company of your intentions to store, or to have your vehicle transported, (or both) if you intend to use your existing insurance policy to cover any of the benefits that might not be covered by our insurance. This advice applies to any company that you employ to store &/or transport your vehicle that may not have the appropriate insurance cover that you may require for your vehicle.
